我對於文字有種莫名的執著，就是看到有人打錯字會很想糾正，看到文章都沒標點符號或總是.........就看不下去，滑FB看到這些文字都很痛苦。

來到加拿大遇到有人亂用英語也是超級受不了，雖然我英語很爛，但不懂的單字我會去查去研究，

討厭亂用的單字第一名就是Condominium (Condo)！非常想要導正大家的觀念，Condo ≠ 公寓大樓！

剛開始上網查condo的意思，其實也查到很多解釋指condo就是公寓大樓誤人子弟。

跟朋友聊天的時候發現朋友好像很開心學到新單字，一直現學現賣說想租condo，自己一個人住比較好bla bla bla，我聽了滿頭問號超想糾正他，condo不是公寓大樓的意思好嗎。

後來不管跟日本或韓國朋友聊天，他們也都直接把condo解讀為公寓大樓，還有看中國的youtuber在介紹自己買的房子，也有一樣的症頭，想說她都買房子了還不知道自己買的是什麼啊！？你嘛幫幫忙！

（印象中她說她不想買condo買了townhouse，然後她家的townhouse會有人專門剷雪、除草，我想說那就是condo啊！媽啊！）

不知道是不是在這幾個國家condo就只有公寓大樓這類型的房子，所以大家才會直接把公寓大樓代入這個單字的翻譯？

我們來看看condo到底是什麼意思吧～
